The Breslow Center for Plastic Surgery & Injxcellence Medical Spa (the “Company” “we” or “us”) recognizes the importance of respecting the privacy of those who visit this web site (the “Site”). The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information as may be required by applicable law. Therefore, we have established this Privacy Policy concerning any information that the Company may have access to, create, receive or in any other manner obtain about each user. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your information. We suggest that you review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may update it from time to time. This Privacy Policy was last revised on March 20, 2024.

What do we collect?
Every time you visit our Site, our Web server automatically collects certain non-personally identifiable information about you such as your Internet service provider’s address, the referring URL, and information on the pages you access on our Site. We collect this information to help diagnose  roblems, administer our Site and track usage statistics. All of this information is collected and used only in the aggregate; that is, it is entered into our database where we can use it to generate overall reports on our visitors, but not individual reports that identify you personally.

It is our goal to make our privacy practices easy to understand. We have created this easy-to-read Privacy Policy with that goal in mind.
