Considered “Out of Network”, the Breslow Center for Plastic Surgery does not directly participate with any insurance company or managed care plan except Medicare. However, we are happy to assist patients by submitting claims and pre-certifications on their behalf.

We accept most forms of payment including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Care Credit* and PatientFi Financing. If you need additional information or assistance, please contact our office.

*Care Credit offers 6 and 12 month interest free financing. Balance must be paid in full at specified time to avoid interest and penalty fees.
