Denise offers over 20 years experience in business management and marketing. She is dedicated to ensuring all facets of our practice run smoothly. Her number one goal is to provide optimal patient satisfaction at the Breslow Center.

Barbi is the Director of Aesthetic Services at The Breslow Center and Injxcellence Medical Spa, where she guides patients through every step of their aesthetic journey with warmth, clarity, and exceptional care. Her extensive background in beauty, aesthetics, and patient support allows her to create a seamless, reassuring experience from the very first call to post-treatment follow-up.

Kaitlyn became a valued member of The Breslow Center team in January 2021, bringing her burgeoning expertise from Manhattan College where she is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration.

Krystle is the Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for The Breslow Center. She has been working in the Medical field for over since 2007.

Ashley Mercado joined the Breslow Team in October 2025 as a dedicated Front Desk and Certified Medical Assistant. Bringing valuable experience in dermatology and plastic surgery She earned her degree in Life Science from Berkeley College and is passionate about helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for throughout every step of their journey.

Laura joined The Breslow Center in January 2022 with a very diverse professional background. A graduate of Rowan University, with a BA in Communications, she brings with her over 15 years of Corporate Marketing and Advertising experience most notably with The Swatch Group, Omega and TAG Heuer Watch Brands. After years of supporting US and International markets, Laura decided to stay close to home and manage all things family, school and sports-related for her four active sons.

Jackie is a dedicated front desk receptionist and has experience as a front desk coordinator since 2015. She’s known for her attention to detail, and genuine love for patient care—making each patient feel valued and comfortable.

Cheri brings over 25 years of business experience to the practice. She is the Patient Care Coordinator for all non cosmetic and cosmetic procedures.

Vincenza started with the practice in April of 2018. She is a Registered Nurse by trade and had put that behind her to stay at home and raise her now grown children. At The Breslow Center, Vincenza is responsible for recording cosmetic patient histories and works alongside of Melissa Giordano rooming patients and preparing patients for their injectable treatment. You can always find Vincenza smiling and laughing. When not at the office, she enjoys family time and cooking.

Alyssa is a board-certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in 2018. She continued her education at Johnson & Wales University, where she graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Her background in the orthopedic surgery field allowed her to gain an appreciation and passion for surgical intervention.

I have 13 years of experience as a dedicated Medical Assistant, I have built a strong foundation in both clinical and surgical care. I began my career in dermatology, where I assisted with a wide range of procedures including biopsies, laser treatments, and Mohs surgery. This early experience gave me hands-on knowledge of patient care and minor surgical support.

Oliwia brings a wealth of specialized nursing experience to her role at The Breslow Center for Plastic Surgery, where her dedication to patient care and clinical expertise are invaluable assets.

Jillian is a board-certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) with a strong foundation in biology from Salve Regina University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 2019.

Driven by her passion for the pursuit of beauty and self-confidence, Melissa has honed her craft of enhancing natural beauty and helping patients achieve their desired goals. With over 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics and plastic surgery—including time spent assisting in the operating room—Melissa has been a key figure at The Breslow Center since 2007.

Veronica’s journey in healthcare began over 14 years ago. Veronica went into nursing to make an impactful difference in people’s lives and she continues to honor that commitment through her aesthetic career and role at the Breslow Center. Veronica, who is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish, focuses heavily on preventative and corrective injections with an emphasis on full face optimization. Through her advanced knowledge, she is able to create more comprehensive cosmetic plans which allow the safety and artistry of aesthetics to be upheld.

Izabela is a licensed aesthetician with over 25 years of experience in skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments.

Justyna Nieradka, MS, PA-C, LE, embodies the philosophy that beauty emanates from the choices we make. Her journey into aesthetics began in 2007 at the renowned Atelier Institute of Aesthetics in NYC, where she earned her skin care specialist degree.

Martine Ragone is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in both medical and aesthetic care. She brings over a decade of experience as a nurse in high-acuity emergency settings and combines that clinical expertise with a thoughtful, results-driven approach to aesthetics. Her priority is always patient education, safety, and helping each individual look and feel like the best version of themselves.

Kristen is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who has dedicated the last 15 years specializing in Cosmetic and Aesthetic medicine. Kristen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Baccalaureate of Science. She then went on to earn her Master of Science degree, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

With over 30 years in the beauty and skincare industry, Denise Wekarski is a true veteran in her craft. She began her journey at just 18 years old, working with powerhouse cosmetic brands like Shiseido, Chanel, and Christian Dior, before expanding into spa management and medical aesthetics across Northern New Jersey.
