Office Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with later evening appointments on Tuesdays & Thursdays (By appointment only) Consultations are complimentary. For appointments 5pm and later, there is a $50 consultation fee.

Insurance:
The Breslow Center For Plastic Surgery does not participate directly with any insurance company or managed care plans (except Medicare), we are “Out of Network”. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit all precertifications and claims directly to the insurers on our patients’ behalf.

Payment Options:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit Financing, My Medical Loan, and Chase Health Advance. Call our office for more information.

Surgical Facilities:
Outpatient procedures are performed by Dr. Breslow at the new, state-of-the-art Saddle River Valley Surgical Center, conveniently located onsite at The Breslow Center For Plastic Surgery facility. Dr. Breslow also performs procedures at Paramus Surgical Center located near our Paramus office. Dr. Breslow has operating privileges at a variety of affiliated hospitals conveniently located throughout the Bergen County region.
