What is the Virtual Consult?

The Virtual Consult allows you to have a complimentary consultation and evaluation by Dr. Breslow, provides you with answers to any concerns that you have or any questions about any procedures that you may be interested in, and even gives you estimated fee quotes for these procedures, all before ever coming to our office!

Instructions:

1. Just click the “Get Started” tab the the bottom of this page.
2. Fill out your contact information in the space provided. Please be sure to put in a contact number and the best time to reach you as this will be how we will be contacting you.
3. From the menu of options listed, select the area or areas that you are interested in.
4. Answer the accompanying questions for each area that you selected.
5. Upload photographs of yourself which shows us the body areas that you are interested in addressing. Upload as many images as you feel necessary in order to communicate your concerns. Please make sure that the photographs clearly depict the areas that you are concerned about.
6. Click “Submit”
7. NOTE: You MUST submit photos, otherwise your request cannot be processed!

After receiving your information, Dr Breslow will review your case and the Patient care Coordinator will contact you via telephone within 72 hours to discuss in detail what he thinks and to answer all of your questions.

Please Note: Any information that may be given to you through the Virtual Consult, including opinions, recommendations, and quoted fees, are not final until confirmed by a live, in person, consult with Dr. Breslow.
