I need to do more research on cosmetic surgery

I have been looking at cosmetic surgery sites and have been thinking about getting a tummy tuck and liposuction in my thighs. I think I need to find out the long term after effects of the cosmetic surgery before I go through with the tummy tuck and liposuction. I want to be satisfied with the long term results of the tummy tuck and liposuction. I think I may have to do a little more research on cosmetic surgery before I go through with it.
