About Dr. Gary D. Breslow
Dr. Gary D. Breslow is a highly regarded board-certified plastic surgeon in New Jersey, known by both patients and peers as a "problem solver" with a warm, engaging personality, exceptional surgical skills, and an instinctive ability to identify and truly understand both the goals of his patients and the patients, themselves. Dr. Breslow has dedicated his efforts to providing results of only the most unsurpassed quality, continually striving to stay abreast of the most advanced and up-to-date techniques in cosmetic surgery for the benefit of his New Jersey patients. Dr. Breslow's unique artistic vision and advanced clinical skills allow him to achieve beautiful, natural-looking results for patients seeking cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery in northern New Jersey.
Dr. Breslow combines a passion for surgery with his experience and cutting-edge techniques he has acquired over time. Dr. Breslow, who is originally from Long Island, New York, graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Breslow spent six years training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania's nationally renowned Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency Program. There he received extensive training in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery from some of the nation's top practitioners. After leaving Penn, Dr. Breslow returned to New York University Medical Center to spend one year as the Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery Fellow at NYU's prestigious Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, learning the newest and most sophisticated reconstructive surgical techniques available.
In addition to serving patients at his plastic surgery practice in Bergen County, New Jersey, Dr. Breslow has authored original papers that have been published in such nationally recognized journals as Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Annals of Plastic Surgery. He has presented his work and ideas at local, regional, and national plastic surgery meetings. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is licensed to practice plastic and reconstructive surgery in both New Jersey and New York.
Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Breslow is an avid golfer and basketball player. He is known for his warm persona, sharp sense of humor, and his attention to precision and detail. He lives in Bergen County, New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Our Policies
Insurance: Although The Breslow Center For Plastic Surgery does not participate directly with any insurance company or managed care plans (except Medicare), we do accept most types of insurance payments and, as a courtesy to our patients, we will submit all precertifications and claims directly to the insurers on our patients' behalf.
Payment Options:
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Financing options available through Capital One Health Care Finance and CareCredit. Call our office for more information.
Surgical Facilities:
Outpatient procedures are performed by Dr. Breslow at the new, state-of-the-art Saddle River Valley Surgical Center, conveniently located onsite at The BreslowCenter For Plastic Surgery facility.
Procedures are also performed by Dr. Breslow at a variety of affiliated hospitals conveniently located throughout the Bergen County region.
